JOOR Pricing 2026: What It Actually Costs

JOOR hides their pricing behind a sales call. We break down what each tier actually costs and whether it's worth it for your brand.

JOOR is the biggest name in fashion wholesale technology. They power brands like Gucci, Proenza Schouler, and Rag & Bone. But if you've ever tried to find out what JOOR actually costs, you know the answer: "Request Pricing." Every plan, every tier — you have to talk to sales. That opacity is by design, and it typically means the price is higher than you'd expect.

JOOR's Three Tiers

JOOR offers three plans: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. They don't publish prices, but based on industry knowledge, user reports, and competitor intelligence, here's what brands typically pay:

JOOR Starter — Designed for brands under $1M in annual wholesale revenue. Expect to pay $500-800/month. You get a basic virtual showroom, linesheet software, and access to JOOR's retailer directory. No dedicated account manager.

JOOR Pro — Their most popular tier for mid-market brands. Pricing typically falls in the $1,000-2,000/month range. Adds a dedicated Client Success Manager, JOOR Pay (invoicing + payment processing), iPad app, advanced analytics, and "The Edit" — their enhanced presentation tool.

JOOR Enterprise — For global brands with complex requirements. $3,000+/month with custom pricing. Includes everything in Pro plus advanced reporting, custom integrations, and priority support.

Hidden Costs to Watch For

Beyond the subscription, JOOR has additional costs that add up:

  • JOOR Pay transaction fees — If you use their payment processing (and buyers increasingly expect it), you'll pay per-transaction fees on top of standard credit card processing.
  • JOOR Passport — Their digital tradeshow feature may have additional costs depending on your plan.
  • Onboarding fees — Some brands report one-time setup fees for migration and training.
  • Annual contracts — JOOR typically requires annual commitments. Month-to-month isn't standard.

The total cost of ownership for a growing brand on JOOR Pro is often $15,000-25,000/year when you factor in everything.

Is JOOR Worth It?

For large brands doing $10M+ in wholesale revenue, JOOR's network effects are genuinely valuable. Their retailer directory includes major department stores and specialty boutiques globally. If you're already selling to Nordstrom and Saks, JOOR is likely where your buyers expect to find you.

But for emerging and mid-market brands — the ones doing $200K to $5M in wholesale — JOOR's pricing is hard to justify. You're paying enterprise prices for a platform built for enterprise brands, and many of the AI and automation features that modern brands need simply aren't available.

JOOR Alternatives Worth Considering

Brandboom ($49-149/month) — The budget option. Good basic features but limited analytics, no AI capabilities, and the interface feels dated. Best for brands just testing wholesale.

NuORDER by Lightspeed (custom pricing, typically $800+/month) — Strong product, especially for assortment planning. Recently acquired by Lightspeed, so it's evolving. No public pricing.

Fashion Cloud (varies by region) — Popular in Europe. Good for brands with EU-focused wholesale. Less relevant for US market.

Shopify B2B (included in Shopify Plus at $2,300/month) — If you're already on Shopify, their B2B channel is improving. But it's a bolt-on, not purpose-built for wholesale.

ModaFlo ($149-799/month) — Full wholesale infrastructure (line sheets, buyer portal, order management) plus AI capabilities that none of the above offer — automated style descriptions, trend intelligence, and collection briefs. The Maison plan at $349/month gives you what JOOR Pro charges $1,000+/month for, plus AI features JOOR doesn't have at any price.

The Bottom Line

JOOR built the playbook for digital wholesale, and they deserve credit for that. But the market has moved on. Brands in 2026 need AI-powered tools, not just digitized versions of 2015 workflows.

If you're a brand doing under $5M in wholesale, you're almost certainly overpaying with JOOR. Look at platforms that give you modern tooling at a price that makes sense for your stage.
