AI credits power FashionFlo's intelligent features — style descriptions, trend queries, sketch analysis, and more. Each action costs a set number of credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can purchase additional credits if needed.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade instantly and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. No contracts, no lock-in.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?+
You'll be notified at 80% and 100% usage. Once exhausted, AI features pause until you purchase a top-up pack or your credits reset next billing cycle. Core features (collections, orders, line sheets) always work.
How does the order payment fee work?+
When buyers pay through your FashionFlo portal, we charge a small platform fee on each transaction. This is separate from Stripe's standard processing fee. Higher-tier plans get lower rates.
Do you offer a free trial?+
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans with full access to features. No credit card required to start. AI credits during trial are capped at your plan's monthly allowance.
